The Mom's Time Out Fall Market Application

General information for vendors:
Date: Sunday, October 2nd
Time: Noon - 4pm
Set up/Take Down: 10am/5:30pm
Where: Earth Fare, 2425 Apalachee Parkway Tallahassee, Florida
What: This is a market-type event where local, mom-run businesses will be selling and displaying their products and/or services to the Tallahassee community.

Vendor applications will be considered on several criteria:
1. MTO membership
2. Previous event participation
3. Mom-run business
4. Locally-based business
5. Business type (to ensure a variety of vendors at each event, MTO Organizers reserve the right to limit each type of vendor to a certain percentage of the total number of vendors)
6. Order of submission (date and time stamp as determined by email correspondence)
7. Plays Well With Others

Fees:
- Mom’s Time Out Members and Supporters (10' x 10' Booth Space): $30.00
- Non-members (10' x 10' Booth Space): $45.00
- Place flyers on a community table and be listed on website (no individual booth space): $10.00
- Nonprofit, club, or local event table space: $10.00
